Jamshedpur: Subarnarekha Nandini Congratulates Megh Utsav Winners

Jamshedpur, August 18: The Subarnarekha Nandini International Literary Organization organized a literary convention and held an award distribution ceremony for the Megh Utsav winners at Sabuj Kalyan Sangh, Telco on Wednesday. The program started with the lighting of the lamp jointly by the main guest Swami Mahabhavanand of the Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Society, guests of honor from Bistupur. Swami Mahabhavanand said that today more importance is given to the English language but it is also very important to preserve the Bengali language. He called for teaching the Bengali language to children and the younger generation. Meena Mukherjee, General Secretary of Subarnarekha Nandini and organizer of the event, said Megh Utsav was organized on August 7. Today, all the winners were rewarded. The program was led by Shravani Mitra. Vaidyanath Tripathi and Dr. Manoj Kumar Pathak spoke about the importance of language and crisis prevention in literary convention. Prizes were distributed by the guests to the winners. On the occasion special guest Ashish Choudhary, Secretary General, Rabindra Bhawan, Nisar Ameen with Baski Goswami, Nikhil Kumar Dutt and Jharna Kar from Nikhil Bharat Banga Sahitya Sammelan, Ajay Kumar Ojha, Prasenjit Tiwari from Hindi Sahitya Tulsi Bhavan Bistupur, Mithilesh Kumar Ghosh , secretary of Sabuj Kalyan Sang, Amit Kumar Bose, finance secretary of Sabuj Kalyan Sangh and others were present.
