That either at full capacity, in the six-month academic session, only two months of study took place, that too half-heartedly. Moreover, in many colleges, neither the hostel facility has been restored nor the availability of faculties has been ensured. Due to which the studies were badly affected. After considering all these things, the university administration finally decided to take the exams in online mode.
